Founder & CEO

With an undergraduate degree and MBA from UCLA, Arielle understands the art of building a brand from the ground up. After launching multiple e-commerce ventures, she saw a gap in the agency world—where creativity lacked strategy, sophistication, and structure for lasting impact. This led to The Branding Boutique: a luxury branding, marketing, and social agency for founders who expect excellence. Today, under Arielle’s vision, TBB unites world-class creatives and strategists to craft timeless, elevated brands rooted in substance and storytelling.

HANNAH CALDWELL

CMO

With over 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, and brand development, Hannah brings a refined balance of creative vision and strategic expertise to The Branding Boutique. Her sharp eye for detail and deep understanding of brand positioning make her an invaluable partner to clients and our team alike. Known for translating ideas into compelling visual narratives, she delivers thoughtful, high-impact work that drives growth. A creative force and strategic driver, Hannah helps shape TBB’s elevated direction and long-term success.

MELISSA GOLD

Director of Business Development

Melissa is a rare blend of analytical insight and creative intuition. A UCLA graduate with a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Finance from USC, she brings a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand strategy to The Branding Boutique. She currently leads our business development department, where she combines data-driven thinking with creative vision to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and expand our agency’s impact.

THEODORA TUOMEY

Business Operations & Accounts Manager

Theo has been part of The Branding Boutique since its earliest days. A UCLA graduate with a degree in International Development Studies and a minor in Entrepreneurship, she discovered her passion for business and marketing through hands-on experience. Now serving as our Business Operations & Accounts Manager, Theo oversees top-tier client relationships and ensures seamless internal systems. Known for her reliability, adaptability, and refined execution, she plays a pivotal role in scaling client success & agency growth.

PRISCILLA AGUERO

Brand Stylist & Account Manager

With 6+ years in social media marketing and content, Priscilla blends creative direction with psychological insight to craft brands that truly resonate. Armed with a degree in Psychology and a natural eye for design, she understands what drives genuine audience connection. As a lead Brand Stylist, she shapes both TBB’s own presence and the elevated identities of our luxury clients. Her talent for translating brand essence into refined visuals and culturally relevant content makes her an indispensable part of our creative team.

RILEY FORSYTH

Senior Content Marketing Specialist

A UCLA graduate and former TBB intern, Riley now leads as our Senior Content Marketing Specialist. With a strong foundation in graphic design and a sharp eye for detail, she blends creativity with precision to deliver visually sophisticated, strategically aligned work. Known for her professionalism, originality, and elevated aesthetic, Riley approaches each brand with care and consistency. From concept to execution, she is a trusted creative force, shaping campaigns that continually raise the bar for our agency and clients alike.

PALONIA OLSON

Graphic Design & Content Specialist

Palonia brings a multi-disciplinary creative approach to every project, blending aesthetic vision with storytelling across mediums. From filming and shoot support to graphic design and product development, her touch elevates each detail. A driving force behind The Life Edit’s design, she helps shape its visual identity and the physical layout of the planner. Whether behind the camera or in a design file, she infuses every project with intention, style, and creative depth.

Brand & Content Marketing Specialist

A UCLA graduate with a strong background in visual design and Adobe Suite, Jorja brings both strategic thinking and creative execution to the team. As a Brand and Content Marketing Specialist, she plays a key role in shaping brand strategy, supporting client accounts, and producing content that aligns with each brand’s vision. She also contributes to internal projects and brand initiatives, helping bring a thoughtful, cohesive aesthetic to everything we do.

MACKENZIE ISAACS

Visual & User Interface Design Specialist

A Visual and UI Design Specialist with a formal education in user experience and web design, Mackenzie brings a thoughtful balance of aesthetics and functionality to every digital project. Her work ensures each website is both visually elevated and strategically intuitive, aligned with the brand’s essence and user journey. She supports content planning and select client accounts, contributing to brand consistency across platforms.

OLIVIA WAGNER

Brand Stylist & Account Manager

Upon graduating from USC, her academic journey laid the groundwork for her keen eye for design and aesthetics. With 5+ years of experience in social media management, Olivia's insights into digital platforms extend beyond the conventional. Her proficiency goes even further, as a TikTok expert, mastering the art of capturing attention in the ever-evolving realm of short-form video content.

Lead Photographer

Lindsey is a seasoned visual storyteller with over a decade of experience in photography and content creation. With a formal education in photography and a natural artistic eye, she captures moments that are both visually striking and emotionally resonant. Her experience as an influencer adds a unique perspective, allowing her to craft content that not only looks beautiful but also connects deeply with audiences.

Head of Ads Strategy

A UCLA graduate with a strong background in entrepreneurship, she leads our advertising strategy with precision and strategic depth. Originally joining TBB as an intern from UCLA, where she studied Communications and Literature, she has grown into a key leadership role as our Non-Profit Associate Director. She leads the development and execution of mission-driven initiatives, bringing clarity, heart, and structure to every project. Beyond client work, she has been instrumental in shaping our internal training program, guiding and mentoring team members across departments.
