Eligibility for Returns:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

- The planner must be in unused & resalable condition (e.g. no writing, no visible damage).

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Damaged or Defective Products:

- If the planner arrives damaged or defective, we'll provide a replacement or full refund.

- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refund Method:

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.

Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
