Kibon Beauty Case Study
Problem:Kibon Beauty has a unique perspective in the skincare industry: fewer, more effective products. While their socials were aesthetically pleasing, they lacked messaging on this distinction from other sheet mask brands. They were also lacking a consistent brand look & content that continuously engages their target demographic.
To demonstrate the quality of Kibon products and how they differ from those of other industry players, we curated a specialized content strategy. This has encompassed social proof through UGC and in-house content creation, feed designs consistent with Kibon's brand look, and an emphasis on organic growth and engagement strategies that would help build a loyal audience and customer base. We also worked to reach their target audience through our monthly content creation, as well as ran paid ads to increase conversions across platforms.
To capture the luxury and quality inherent to Kibon Beauty masks, we organized lifestyle photoshoots and in-house content days where we captured unique shots of the products. Conducting various shoots also allows the consumers to witness the masks in a variety of environments and on a variety of people, which demonstrates both the brand's legitimacy and their versatility across users.


At the beginning of our partnership, we created feeds that aligned predominantly with brand tones (blues, light neutrals). As time went on, we shifted toward a seasonal theme where the color palette would change from month to month. This added more variety to the content and kept viewers interested as they joined the Kibon community over time. We also implemented UGC content & focused on organic growth strategies to develop an audience filled with those who trust the brand and fall within the target demographic.

Kibon's ad campaign played a significant role in driving their social media growth by reaching a targeted audience interested in effective, sustainable, & innovative skincare. The campaign's focus on showcasing how the masks fit seamlessly into busy lifestyles, while demonstrating their high quality, led to higher engagement and increased trust in the brand. By analyzing ad performance, we were able to create more tailored content that addressed customer needs, further strengthening Kibon's connection with the audience. The increased visibility also translated into higher sales, proving the effectiveness of both the products and the campaign strategy
